How it Works
Customers log in to Issue Tracker over the web, using their email address and a password obtained from Oxford Semiconductor. Multiple people on the customer's team can access the system and review all issues and answers relating to their projects. The system is secure, so that users see only information pertaining to their company.
Our support team worldwide is alerted when a customer enters a new request, with escalation as needed to ensure a prompt response and issue resolution to the customer's satisfaction.
