Description
The OXUF934DSb is a high performance solution for bridging between FireWire800, FireWire400, USB2.0, eSATA and SATA hard disks. Delivering industry leading performance, the OXUF934DSb integrates a IEEE1394b link, USB2.0 device and dual SATA host controllers.
Supporting a range of external storage applications, the OXUF934DSb can be configured for dual SATA or eSATA to SATA operation. When configured in dual SATA mode, the OXUF934DSb supports disk striping (RAID0) and disk spanning. For higher speed connections, one of the SATA ports can be configured as a device port enabling eSATA to SATA applications.
The OXUF934DSb shares a common software base with other devices in Oxford’s range of USB and FireWire storage controllers. In addition, Oxford offers a comprehensive support package that includes evaluation boards, reference designs, and a software development kit.
