Mr. Schroeder holds the M.B.A. degree with High Distinction from the Harvard Business School and the M.S.E.E. and B.E.E. degrees from Marquette University.

He has lead Mitsubishi's semiconductor venture investment activities and is currently board observer of some of his portfolio companies as well as an active board member in the semiconductor industry.
